Founder & Executive Director

Dr. Tirenzy Wilson serves as the Founder and Executive Director of L.E.D.G.E. of Hope Foundation, a community-based nonprofit organization dedicated to prevention, youth development, and sustainable impact. The foundation’s programming is informed by evidence-based practices, trauma-informed principles, and lived experience, ensuring relevance, credibility, and measurable outcomes.
Under Dr. Wilson’s leadership, L.E.D.G.E. of Hope Foundation focuses on early intervention, mentorship, leadership development, and workforce readiness for youth and young adults facing systemic barriers. The organization prioritizes partnerships with schools, community organizations, and public stakeholders to deliver scalable, accountable, and mission-aligned programming.
